Questions about official Greene County dockets and files belong with the clerk for the court that heard the case. This private resource cannot retrieve, certify, correct, or change a court record. The routing below separates the main Circuit Court Clerk contact from the Clerk & Master and other official custodians.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Send each Greene County request to the office that keeps that court's file:

  • A trial docket sheet: use the case search routing steps, then request it from the responsible trial clerk
  • A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • An appellate case: search Tennessee Public Case History by case number, style, party, or organization
  • Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case

For Circuit, Criminal, General Sessions, and Juvenile dockets, contact Whitney Shelton Collins, Circuit Court Clerk, 101 South Main Street, Suite 302, Greeneville, TN 37743, 423-798-1760. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Chancery and Probate requests instead go to Bland Justis, Clerk & Master; municipal matters remain with the relevant city clerk.
